Scrutiny Panel Hearings will normally be held in rooms that have been created in these newly refurbished offices in the Royal Square.
Members of the public wishing to attend any of these hearings will need to report to the Security Desk which is situated just inside the Old Library entrance to the building.
The Security Receptionist will direct visitors to either the Blampied Room or the Le Capelain Room.

Public seating is provided along one wall of each room. You may enter quietly at any time during a public hearing.
The Scrutiny Office is located in Morier House, Halkett Place.
