Terms of reference
1. To consider and evaluate costs, both capital and operational of the existing plants, proposed EfW plant and other technologies and systems which may be suitable for dealing with the Islands waste.
2. To examine any further issues related to the selection of a waste plant or system which may arise in the course of the Scrutiny review that the Panel considers relevant
