1. To consider the draft Price and Charge Indicators (Jersey) Law 200- (in particular Article 2) in combination with the relevant Articles of the Goods and Services Tax (Jersey) Law 200- (in particular Article 94).
2. To consider the impact of exclusive/inclusive labelling on the retail trade and other businesses and consumers.
3. To consider relevant legislation and experience from other jurisdictions.
4. Any other pertinent matters that may arise during the course of the review.
